  • This is a great starting point if you’re interested in learning about how to maintain and screen the health of your joints.. This is a staple I have all of my clients practice every day.

  • Suggested equipment: a pair of yoga blocks, 1-2 tennis or lacrosse balls and a light resistance band. These are suggested as tools to help as needed with blocking compensations/isolating movement and support.
