  • Based on your intake form and initial assessment, we’ll outline a realistic, tissue-specific plan.

    You’re encouraged to take notes, ask questions, snap photos of the whiteboard, whatever helps you retain and apply the work.

  • You’ll receive specific, joint-focused homework to complete between sessions.

    I’ll support you in how to practice effectively, remember your setups, and stay clear on training intent.

  • To make progress, we stick to what matters. You’ll be guided to stay focused on your specific plan for the full training block.

    No fluff, no distractions — just targeted work.

  • Monthly and Flex Clients have access to key resources covering full-body joint maintenance, plus targeted 101 training for hips, spine, and shoulders.

    These are videos to guide, review, and support the work we do together in-person, helping you build control, resilience, and long-term joint health through focused practice outside of our time together.

Practice Guidelines

  • Monthly plans expire after 30 days with no rollover. Auto-renew available on request.

  • Flex Packs expire after 2 months. Larger packages with extended expirations are available by request.

  • Consulting and Programming are separate services, please feel free to get in touch to discuss.

  • All new clients must complete a 90-minute evaluation before purchasing any package.
