  • Focused Plan:
    We choose 1–3 priorities for the next six weeks and outline a realistic, tissue-specific plan.

    Custom Program:
    A structured 6-week plan with clear practice frequency. Programs are front-loaded and can be updated upon renewal.

    6 In-Person Sessions:
    After your initial 90-minute evaluation, each session is used to treat, train, and build the exact inputs you’ll be practicing throughout the block.

    30-Minute Review Call:
    A mid-block check-in to troubleshoot setups or answer training questions.

    Clear Practice Guidelines:
    Simple tools to help you remember setups, intent, and weekly priorities.

    Supplemental Resources:
    Access to key joint-maintenance videos that support your practice outside of our sessions.
