Who are your typical clients?

I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, who want to move better, perform better, and learn more about their bodies.

I am passionate about helping people create stronger bodies and problem-solve movement related dysfunctions, build joint capacity, and improve physical health.


What do your assessments look like?

Assessment Goal: Considering your medical & injury history, I take a joint by joint approach to problem solve dysfunctions and build better movement capacity.

Duration: 60 minutes

After the assessment, you will...

  • have a better overview of how you move

  • learn a set of tools to enrich your everyday activities

  • start a specialized training plan

  • be given homework to continue working on improving your mobility

My big picture goal is to provide a learning environment where you can better understand concepts around getting stronger and more mobile.


What if I need to cancel a session?

If you need to cancel for any reason, please cancel your session online at least 24 hours before the session.

If you arrive 15 minutes after the start of your session, you will lose that session.


What is a ‘certificate code’?

Certificate code refers to your purchased session(s).

Once you purchase a session (single or training plan), you can use the certificate code or your email to schedule your future sessions. Please enter in the button that says 'Enter Certificate Code'.


Do I have to create an account?

Nope! You can just use the certificate code or your email to retrieve your purchased sessions. Making an account is optional.
